Veteran Nigerian actor Chief James Iroha Akabogu has died today, Tuesday 28 February, 2012, aged 69.
Known for his part in the popular 80s Nigerian television show “The New Masquerade”, where he reprised the role of Gringory, Ihora was said to have suffered an eye ailment in the years before his death.
If you were in Nigeria back in the 80s and early 90s you will definitely remember Gringory from the iconic and much loved comedy series.
R.I.P Gringory.
