I always love mash ups/remixes of my favourite music genres - Indie & Rock with Hip Hop. It doesn't always work but i'm always willing to give it a shot.
Newish guy Mike Posner (of 'Cooler Than Me fame') just dropped his mixtape 'The Layover'; i haven't listened to it yet but this track off it has been floating around the net. On first look I was all *side eye* "No he didn't just touch Wonderwall". I mean Oasis' Wonderwall is a modern classic isn't it? It also has some personal significance for me and is part of my Life soundtrack playlist. Lol yeah I know.
That said I found this to be a fun update to the song. Still has me singing out the chorus so i'm sold. :-)
